We use our agile principles to enable clients to evolve and change at pace. Our hothousing approach has been transforming operations in all channels in consumer businesses using these principles for over 20 years. It allows organisations who have historically run major change programme agendas over multiple year timeframes to mimic the pace of digital start-ups and disrupt their own operations before being disrupted by competition.
‘Agile’ as a way of work has moved out of the world of IT, digital and lean start-up and is now revolutionising how mainstream business teams and processes work and how non-IT change is delivered. It has been adopted in Commercial, Marketing and NPD and is now being used in all functions to make faster improvements and to continuously improve day-to-day operations. Agile is about experimenting at pace, involving the customer early on to minimise any waste of time or resources and adopting a structured sprint cycle to empower highly-engaged teams. The teams create minimum viable prototypes (MVPs) of products, ideas and solutions to test and pivot to the next idea or variant if they don’t hit the mark – a fast fail technique.
We enable successful transformation by working with clients to test and advance changes before they are more widely implemented, ensuring that any permanent change has already been tested live with the risks and benefits understood.
