We have a blend of 15 years Industry and consulting expertise, and our core team is made up of consulting specialists who each have experience of working alongside consumer-facing businesses across our four sectors.

Sue is a consumer-facing industry specialist and media commentator with over 20 years’ experience in leading major transformational change consulting projects across Europe, the USA and Australia.

Helen Charles-Edwards

Helen leads our Organisation Development practice, and has over 15 years’ experience in Organisation Development, Learning and Transformation.

Alex Doman

Alex is a Manager, fast becoming a specialist in all things digital.  He has a wide range of industry experience in finance and retail; having held positions at UBS Asset Management, HSBC Global Markets & Tesco.

Tim Maynard

Tim is a marketing and digital specialist who has worked with clients across the consumer, professional and public sectors on a range of full marketing campaigns, customer experience and branding projects.

Our UX Design partners have a strong commercial track record delivering User Experience and Innovation projects across multiple sectors. Services include User Experience Design, Information Architecture, UX Workshops, User Research and Usability Testing.
