We have a blend of more than 15 years industry and consulting expertise, and our core team is made up of consulting specialists who each have experience of working alongside consumer-facing businesses across our core sectors.

Sue is a consumer-facing industry specialist and media commentator with over 20 years’ experience in leading major transformational change consulting projects across Europe, the USA and Australia.

Helen Charles-Edwards

Helen leads our Organisation Development practice, and has over 15 years’ experience in Organisation Development, Learning and Transformation.

Alex is an engagement manager with Stone & River, focusing on strategy, proposition design and innovation for consumer facing organisations.

Molly is a consultant at Stone & River, with extensive experience working across the supermarket and retail sectors, as well as the food and beverage industry.

Tim is a marketing specialist who has worked with clients across consumer and B2B sectors on several full marketing campaigns, customer experience and branding projects.
